As the main part of Max Executive business, our Executive Search offering is one that is not the traditional recruitment model of advertising etc., it is one of a specifically dedicated search, networking and market mapping strategy, so we provide more than a varied range of shortlisted candidates for our clients to select from, but also a valuable insight into what the current market looks like for that specific role at that given moment in time. This will include backgrounds on previous employers and roles, salary (if known), location, and most importantly, a summary on things like an individual interest levels and views of the organisation, a brief summary on our thoughts etc. It provides comprehensive information that can help make key strategic decisions and not just based on a few resumes submitted for shortlisting.
As part of the recruitment process our staff are well trained in behavioral based and targeted selection interviewing techniques, to provide our clients with the comfort that the competencies being sort after for a particular job function are being met before those candidates are being submitted for recommendation.
We can also unbundle our service offering if required to suit our client’s needs, which may be helpful from a planning and cost effective perspective.
Executive Coaching
An important part of the current employee landscape is not only about understanding do they have the right technical fit and competency skills for a specific role, but is that individual motivated towards the job function, and more importantly their direct line manager. Psychometric Testing
Within the world of recruitment and talent acquisition, it had been long debated the value of psychometric testing. It’s important to note that these assessments tools should never be used in isolation in making hiring decisions.
